The birth of health outsourcing centre was not different from any other idea, which is to, fulfill a need. There was yearning that this segment of the professional world be recognized and due attention given. The health sector has experienced changes both in its role and modus operandi. As we all know, change is one constant factor in our life that we must learn to deal with or else we will expire. Change provides us with new opportunities only if we are willing to grab them. Time and time again we have seen trends come and go but we have learned to adapt. In recent past, a secretarial job was a guarantee as everyone needed one, but currently everyone wants a personal assistant rather than a secretary.
It is with this realization that we (company) decided to turn the changes in our environment into opportunities and new services in the health sector which inter alia, include but not limited to outsourcing services; job link; and a health directory. The series of questions below gives you the answers as to why these services are beneficial. |

Why outsource ? Increasingly companies are outsourcing in order to lower firm costs, improve quality of services, or to make more efficient use of labor, capital, technology and resources. The primary objective of medical institutions is to provide medical attention to the public but instead find themselves managing functions that are not directly related to this cause.
Hospitals should not be engaged in landscaping, security or directly hiring their personnel. These are non core functions which can be left to experts.
